Our Apartments:
- One bedroom apartment: $550-month + utilities** (Our 1 bedroom apt is for 1 person, we don’t rent to 2 people in 1 bedroom).
- Two bedroom apartment: $650-$850 month* + utilities**
- Two bedroom suite: $950-$1200-month* + utilities**
- Four bedroom apartment: $1150-month* + utilities**
- All apartments require a Security Deposit
Average Utilities(electric, gas and water):
- One bedroom: $130-$200 month
- Two bedroom: $150-$250 month
- Two bedroom suite: $200-$300 month
- Four bedroom: $250-$400 month
Our leases run August 1-May 25.
We do offer short leases, but rent is higher with a shorter lease.
